If you've played the game long enough you've probably met Melissa - the weird shopkeeper, who has a secret. The truth is, we've had plans for a character like that for a while. In fact, the character on the first two arts uses the old Jun's design, with the robot features significantly more pronounced. If you'd like to see what I'm talking about I dug up one of the oldest semi playable versions of the game. The version "0.5 beta". You can get it here. The game has gone a looooong way since then.

Design almost reminds me of Octavia from Helluva Boss. Also all of it's still looking good!

That is true. It's one of the couple old backgrounds still in the game. To be fair the entire prologue is VEEEERY old. It was pretty much the first thing ever written and implemented related to the game. We should flesh it out one day.
