This gym day was rlly special to me because not only did I get a fat pump in doing workout more so for form than for strength (form over strength always!) I also used a gym piece of mine that I thought I lost! Found it in the corner of my dirty laundry it must have fallen out but I knew I couldnโt skip another gym day without it! All the sweat dried up by the time I got these shots but trust it was much more soaked earlier ๐ฅต
