응원해주시는 분들께 전하는 근황 보고입니다!
일단 이번에 등이 염증 때문에 꽤 심각했었나 봐요. 농을 두 번에 걸쳐 짜냈는데, 나온 양이 합쳐서 300ml 정도 된다고 하더라고요. 생각보다 심각했던 것 같습니다.
지금은 남은 농들을 계속 빼내기 위해 환부에 작은 관을 삽입해 두고 있어요. 아침에 열어서 소독할 때마다 꽤 많은 양의 농이 흘러나온다고 하네요. 사실 등에 염증이 생긴 게 이번이 처음은 아닌데, 이번에 유독 심했던 건 아무래도 당뇨 합병증 때문인 것 같아요.
하지만 지금 컨디션은 정말 좋습니다. 그동안 등 쪽에서 괴롭히던 심한 통증은 거의 사라졌어요. 염증 때문에 가끔 미열이 오르긴 하지만, 이것도 꾸준히 좋아지고 있답니다!
솔직히 이제 슬슬 집에 가고 싶어서 몸이 근질근질해요. 😂 하지만 의사 선생님들이 몸의 수치(염증 수치 등)가 완전히 정상으로 돌아올 때까지는 퇴원을 허락하지 않을 것 같습니다. 그게 언제가 될지는 아직 모르겠어요.

Here is an update for everyone who has been cheering me on!
It seems the inflammation on my back was quite serious this time. They drained the pus twice, and the total amount came out to about 300ml. I realized it was more severe than I thought.
Currently, I have a small tube inserted into the affected area to continuously drain any remaining pus. I hear quite a bit of pus comes out every time they open it for disinfection in the morning. Honestly, this isn't the first time I've had inflammation on my back, but I suspect that this particular severity is due to complications from diabetes.
However, my condition is really good right now. The severe pain that tormented me on my back has almost completely disappeared. Although I sometimes get a slight fever due to the inflammation, this is steadily improving as well!
Honestly, I'm getting quite restless and just want to go home now. 😂 But the doctors likely won't let me be discharged until my body's indicators (like inflammation levels) return completely to normal. I'm not sure when that will be yet.

这次背部的炎症似乎非常严重。他们分两次排出了脓液，总共约有300毫升。看来情况比我想象的要严重。
目前，我在患处插了一个小管，以持续排出残留的脓液。据说每天早上打开进行消毒时，都会流出相当多的脓液。说实话，我的背部发炎已经不是第一次了，但这次特别严重的原因，可能是糖尿病并发症。
不过，我现在身体状况真的很好。之前背部剧烈的疼痛几乎完全消失了。虽然因为炎症偶尔还会发低烧，但情况也在持续好转！
说实话，我现在开始有点坐不住，很想回家了。😂 但医生们似乎不会允许我出院，直到我身体的各项指标（如炎症数值）完全恢复正常。我现在还不知道具体是哪一天。

応援してくださっている皆様へ、近況をご報告します！
今回、背中の炎症はかなり深刻だったようです。膿を二回に分けて絞り出しましたが、合計で約300mlも出たそうです。想像以上に重症だったのだと思います。
今は残りの膿を継続的に排出するため、患部に小さな管を挿入してもらっています。朝、消毒のために開けるたびに、かなりの量の膿が出てくるようです。実は背中の炎症は今回が初めてではないのですが、今回特にひどいのは、やはり糖尿病の合併症が原因のようです。
ただ、現在の体調は本当に良いです。これまで背中に感じていた激しい痛みはほとんどなくなりました。炎症のために時々微熱が出ることはありますが、これも順調に改善しています！
正直なところ、もうそろそろ家に帰りたくてうずうずしています。😂 ですが、医師の先生方が体の数値（炎症値など）が完全に正常に戻るまでは退院させてくれないと思います。それがいつになるかは、まだ分かりません。

I didn't even realize I hadn't posted a comment about this. I had surgery the day before yesterday. It's on my back so I can't see it, but they say pus is still coming out every time they disinfect the wound. However, my condition is good. I estimate I should be able to be discharged by sometime this week or early next week, but the critical factor is exactly what my inflammation levels will be. I will do my best to return in the healthiest possible state.
