Poll: Vote For Sim Surgery (F) (Expand for photos)
🕑 Added 2022-08-19 17:59:24 +0000 UTCHi everyone! I've been creating sims for a while now and as you know, some of the sims i've created in the past didn't age that well. So, every now and then, i update them visually. Been a while since i made one of those so here is a poll for you to vote.
If you want to see the Sim Surgeries i've made before, you can check the "Sim Surgery" tag.

You are seeing 3 VERY old sims below, like almost 2 years old (T_T). Winner option will get a large scope surgery at the beginning of the next month! After voting for a female option, please go here and vote for a male option as well ♥ Thank you so much for your time :)
