Important Update on the "Mystic Majesty Trio" Pin Set

We wanted to update you regarding our eagerly anticipated "Mystic Majesty Trio" pin set.
First, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your enthusiasm and support for this unique set. The "Mystic Majesty Trio," featuring the Lion, Wolf, and Dragon, was designed to connect, puzzle-fit style, into a single, cohesive set.
Unfortunately, despite working with a skilled and experienced manufacturer and providing precise specifications, we received the pins with a critical error. While the Wolf and the Lion fit as intended, the Dragon pin was made slightly too small, which prevented the set from fitting together as envisioned. With each month's pin, we challenge ourselves to create something unique and striking, so it seems inevitable that an issue like this might eventually occur.
Luckily, the pins are undeniably beautiful: the screenprinting turned out amazing, the colors are bold and bright, and the craftsmanship is up to the high standard we pride ourselves on. They are truly remarkable as standalone pieces. However, we understand the magic also lies in their intended interconnectivity.
After considerable thought and exploring all possible solutions, we've decided to choose an option that honors our commitment to our original vision and our responsibility to each of you. We will send out the Lion, Wolf, and Dragon pins we have on hand immediately, ensuring you receive these beautiful creations without further delay. Then, we will send the corrected Dragon pin as soon as it becomes available, at no additional cost to you. This will allow you to eventually complete your puzzle set while receiving a second Dragon pin to keep or share with a friend.
This decision wasn't made lightly and comes from a place of deep respect for your support and anticipation. We are taking valuable lessons from this experience to enhance our processes, ensuring that we continue to bring our shared visions to life without compromising on quality or the integrity of our creations. Looking ahead, we are excited about future pin sets and are confident in our ability to deliver them without similar issues, learning from this experience to avoid puzzle-fit elements that may cause delays.
