Mina as a rogue?
Some Guy
I mean it has to be Ochako as a Cleric/White Mage, right?
George Jetson
Don't know if you have your picks, but I'm going to just throw ideas out there whether I actually like the characters or not. Emi Fukukado aka Ms. Joke as a Dragon Quest Jester class with a bunny suit outfit. Fuyumi Todoroki as an ice mage (outfit like Shiva from any FF). Moe Kamiji as a fire mage. Kazuho Haneyama as a succubus/bard.
Any chance of Class B representation? Itsuka Kendo would make a pretty straightforward monk and Ibara Shiozaki is an easy fit for a druid or nature domain cleric. As far as outfits go, all I can give are references because I'm an uncreative hack. For Kendo, The character "Martial artist" that first appears in chapter 28 of the goblin slayer year 1 spin off has a fun outfit. Also, Tonfa aren't seen nearly often enough, so it couldn't hurt to add a pair to her kit. As for Shiozaki, I'll have to come back later and post in a reply because I spent too much time trying to dig up references >_>
Nejire, she would be a mage class
Koba143
Miruko Monk type of character. Robes, metal gauntlets with metal knee High boots. Camie Rogue, her bodysuit could be redesigned into something more fantasy looking, with Two daggers

Is Mina an Amazon or a Barbarian in that picture?
E.C.
If it's an ero doujin, as an alchemist Melissa can make more sex toys while Mitsuki can heal their bodies to keep going for sex lol
E.C.
Melissa Shield as an alchemist or Mitsuki Bakugou as a cleric

Love both those picks and the outfit ideas!
Uraraka nice
Jiro as a Bard with a lute and leather armor, and Uraraka as a Wizard with robes and a staff with orbiting planets.
Damn Luigi
Tsuyu would be thief and Rumi would be monk
Cloaked Schemer
Can't go without Miriko! Hmmm.... How about Fuyumi? Miriko as the Barbarian, Fuyumi as the Mage!
You also need to come up with there armour and gear
Damn Luigi
Tsuyu and Rumi!
Giganscudo Duro
Ryukyo and Mirko would be my picks
