You could try renaming the Sheva mod so that the game loads that one over this mod and see what happens

I have no idea how mods for this game are constructed, but is it possible to separate the head edit from the body/outfit edit so that it could be used with the Sheva Alomar mod on the Nexus? ...assuming of course that the Sheva mod is only the head, but that seems a reasonable assumption given that there are multiple outfits. ...or would a simple juggling of load order work?
