Lady Dimitrescu water expansion
🕑 Added 2021-05-08 15:31:51 +0000 UTCHello! This video should be after the next 2 ones from the polls, but I decided to coincide with the release of Resident Evil Village game, since this is about Lady Dimitrescu.
Also this is 2D animation. If you're wondering why - some story at the end of the post, but I'm happy with the result. Good for a change, and looks nice.

Regarding the drawing's choice - in general, when this idea won, it seems for the first time I received several dissatisfied comments at once that the character won only because of the hype (however, for me personally, this is not a problem). But the second is that this is a character that does not fit the "imbapovi style". At that time, we could only see LD in the trailer of the game, and yes, I myself was agreed that neither realistic appearance, nor age - well, this is not my specialization and personal attitude. Therefore, I made a promise to make a 2D animation with a corrected appearance style.
When the deadline came, in fact, the LD model had already been ripped from the demo version of the game. But even with a model, I felt that working without interest, I would do everything as simple and short as possible, in order to quickly get rid of a project in which I have no any sincere interest. As a result, I will be dissatisfied with the work. Therefore, I still opted for the 2D version, as originally planned. Here I was satisfied with the work and tried my best.
I myself understand that 2D animation (in the form of moving sprites) is a big step back compared to 3D animations in terms of capabilities, well, that's why they appear so rarely (this is the 4th for all time). Therefore, if someone is worried - there is no reason to worry, 3D will remain a full priority if there is a model.
In general, yes, Lady Dimitrescu, the way she looks in the game still does not suit my personal tastes (not to mention the general cartoon-anime-cute style, which many are used to in my videos), in order to make a good long 3D animation with enthusiasm. Therefore, it became 2d
I am not making excuses and not saying that this is "bad" or "worse". I really like the result. But if someone might wonder why it is 2D, although the model is in the public domain, then here is the answer.

Siberian Iguana
I liked it alot

Truth be told, rather liked this animation. Plus, I think going 2D for some girls might be a good way to get around a lack of models or models that aren't too good to begin with, in the future!

Hey ! Thx for the new video, this might be my favorite 2D one :) As for the video style, i think that i'd like to see some realistic / less cartoonish - anime 3D animation from you ! I mean, your style fits you verry well ! You're the best at what you're doing right now. But i'm currious to see what it would be like if you were to animate "realistic" models :)

Thank you for the bonus. That was awsome

I actually really liked this animation, it's water inflation so it's still amazing! Maybe in your polls, if there is an idea that would probably be 2D animated and doesn't have a good model, you could include it at the bottom so people would know if the animation will be 2D or 3D

Keep it up thank you

I Loved the style. I like your 3d and 2d art style Imbapovi. I agree with above comment you could have said no but you were willing to do it which i have high respect for. Can't wait for you next project

I respect you for being brave enough to voice your personal preferences that go against the grain of all thirsty boys wanting to be dominated by LD. It's not my thing either.... I also appreciate you're willing to take a job you're not super into because your supporters voted for it. Kudos, man!
