Have you tried sperating the 2 folders and uploading them seperatly. Then you can at least narrow down which files are causing the issue. Dont know if that could help. Since have both the images and the MACOSX files, maybe having them as seperate downloads could help.

Do you mean the file on the original post? If so just tried it and it still displays the same error.
