🕑 Added 2023-06-28 07:48:29 +0000 UTCHi all, thanks for another great month. School is out and so is the sun, woohoo! I just wanted to make a quick post to close out the month, as I have some previews to share and a change to announce.
Switch to VNGE for Playhome:
I have decided to switch to VNGE PNG format for release, meaning future poses will require Keitaro's VNGE mod to load. Several playhome users have reported incompatibility with the scene files that I have been putting out, so I am hoping that this will be a universal fix.
I have had many requests over the years to make the switch for HS2, HS1 and Koi as well, but I have been reluctant because VNGE does not store Y axis data, so characters will be floating and sinking depending on what poses you load. Furthermore, I am pretty sure that skirt, hair and breast bone data do not save with VNGE either, so that is a huge bummer. If these inconveniences are not too big a deal for you guys, then I will make the switch for HS1/2 and Koi as well.
There will be a poll coming shortly to decide this.
