oh no that sucks, i can kind of relate as ive had an awful RA episode the past 2 months progressively feeling more and more like falling apart and unable to move or even breathe and being in agony when i did... i finally narrowed down the triggers today and am so gd grateful to be feeling a little better. i hope you also get relief and healing soon <3 <3 <3
