Super and Smiling
🕑 Added 2025-07-15 15:23:26 +0000 UTCLike a lot of folks over the weekend, I managed to escape the studio for a few hours and go see the new Superman film. Thought it was a ton of fun! I was pretty much smiling, laughing and cheering most of my way through it. I also thought Gunn's & Corenswet's super friendly take on Supes was both how I want Superman to be but also surprising and fresh--and very human! Which was no easy feat. Probably my second favorite live action one (Reeves being the pinnacle of course). Definitely my #1 favorite Krypto.
Anyhoo, I've shared a quick 60-second timelapse of the above Superman drawing before, but never the full 4-minute one. So thought with all the super vibes soaring around right now, it'd be fun to share that for Timelapse Tuesday today. Crossing my fingers I'll be able to swing in some new fan art from the movie in-between Spider-Man pages this week. Anyone particular you'd like to see?
