Fundraising Commission Auction
🕑 Added 2025-03-31 17:10:03 +0000 UTCI wasn't planning on offering another commission auction--and the last thing I want to do is make a habit of them--but my sister is in a bit of a bind with her special-needs son who is in need of an expensive knee surgery being denied by insurance. So in the spirit of helping out those I love in any small way I can:
ONE character watercolor commission to the highest bidder in the comments below. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to my nephew's surgery.

Auction will end this Saturday (4-5-25) at 3pm EST (30 min past any inactive bidding).
My nephew is one of the sweetest kids and it's frustrating that fundraisers like this seem to be the only way many folks can receive required medical care these days. I honestly have no knowledge of the insurance company's denial, but I know my sister is fighting it. Hopefully the company has a change of heart and at least provides some partial funding. In the meantime, I'm continuously in awe of the generosity of others out there.

Having worked in the medical field, I sympathize greatly with your sister. The hoops one has to jump through at times to get what should be obvious coverage is ridiculous.
