The Past, Present and Future of the Channel

I've included the link here for anyone that missed out but I'll provide a few bullet points for those that would rather cut to the chase...
My cancer situation this year has been really challenging and I've had a lot of complications
Thankfully I'm now cancer free and in monitoring rather than treatment
Unfortunately the impact on the channel has been quite large and a lot of momentum has been lost - especially when it comes to my income
I'm introducing a new Patreon only series that will launch alongside each upload to the channel
I'll be putting out some shorter and more focused videos over the next six months or so. Mega Long Form franchise videos will be taking a very short break until we get things moving again
Thanks to my health (both physical and mental) being so much better I feel really fired up about all of this and the response from the chat last night felt really positive. I really think that the next few videos aren't just going to be more manageable but also cover really exciting topics and hopefully you won't notice the change at all!
As for the Patreon only series - I did say on the stream that this would be launching TODAY but I've decided to delay it until Sunday just because I want to make is as good as physically possible.
After seeing the huge outpouring of support last night, I decided add back in a whole section which I'd previously cut just because I really want to make sure this delivers for everyone!
So I'll be posting "The Licensed Games That Should Not Be" at 6PM on Sunday!
Once again thanks so much for the support throughout this year. It's been brutal at times but knowing I've got you all behind me has made a massive difference.
Hopefully I can start paying that back to you all this weekend!

Matt- I'm so happy and relieved to hear you are healthy. I had a recent health scare. Lots of tests including a very long 2 hours MRI. They had to restart the scan twice, I couldn't hold still due to pain. They got me settled with a shot of pain meds and the incredibly kind technician let me listen to my phone over the speakers on the scanner. I chose the parasite eve masterpiece and that carried me through the scan. I needed something familiar, engaging and comforting and your video is all those things for me. I just wanted to say thank you for taking my mind away when I needed it most. Thankfully they were able to identify and treat me effectively. It wasn't cancer, but that was a definite possibility. I'm well on the mend now. I'm sorry for the health struggles you have had Matt and so happy to hear you are in a good place mentally and physically. J
