Ash woke up feeling something that didn't fit.
It wasn't pain. It was... discomfort. As if his neck had been placed over a body that didn't belong to him. The air brushed against his skin in a strange way, too lightly, and something squeezed his torso with a gentle but constant pressure.
She sat up suddenly.
The first thing he saw was a black blouse clinging to a chest that wasn't his. He froze. He looked down: her torso was slim, smooth, with a completely feminine shape. Then he noticed: a red skirt fell over her thighs, and dark stockings covered long, shapely legs.
He touched his face.
It was hers. Her head. Her voice. Her cap.
But the rest...
-What... what is this?
He hesitated, swallowed saliva, and slowly raised both hands. They were thin. The nails, small and clean. He moved them as if in slow motion, as if he feared they would stop responding to him. Then he moved his hands down to her waist, her abdomen, her legs. Everything was soft. Everything was Serena.
That body... it was hers.
And now, for some reason, it was attached to him. As if her head had been placed on his body. There was no visible sign of bonding, but he could feel it. Every step, every brush of the skirt against her legs, Serena's clothes were uncomfortable but at the same time, the feel of her skin, was satisfying.
He tried to stand up. He succeeded, albeit more awkwardly than expected. The center of gravity was elsewhere. The chest bounced as she moved. The skirt flapped. And the cap-his cap-was still on top, like a visual joke that remarked the impossible.
Ash stood still, taking a deep breath.
-This isn't my body...but I'm sorry for everything.
He didn't know how it had ended like this. He didn't know if Serena was involved or even aware. But at that moment, the only thing that was clear to him was that, somehow, her head was on his body. And that with every passing second, it felt harder to remember how it was supposed to feel to be him.

Ok the story was interesting although I am a little bit confused about the 18+ ? And alternate dimension title ? And this definitely feels like the beginning of a story. I will absolutely give you credit. It's very detailed on how Ash's feeling, though Just the overall confusion, but there are a couple things that are a little bit strange to me like her cap in her voice ? Well it's a head swap, so he would technically still have his voice, and he has his own cap ? I think a better choice instead of her cap in her voice her hands. Her legs. Her clothes. Or even her jewelry. Because voice and cap are still his if that makes sense. That, and I feel like it needs some context like, how did this happen. Where is he ? Where's serena and the others ? That is a little bit weird that technically, ash still is a boy He's not a girl at least not completely but that always is kind of weird with head swaps, you could kind of go either, or and it's kind of okay, either way. But it does feel kind of weird.You refer to him as a she and then align later you say he ? I mean, for me, for all intents and purposes, ash is still a boy at least mentally, even if it's not physically. Don't get me wrong it's a really good start it's just i want more type of feeling after you read this. If that makes sense.
