That's because the Android version hasn't been released yet. The most recent Android version is 0.38.0. The new path is 0.39.0.

Im playing on android and I think theres a bug when trying out the new fat admirer path for Svetlana. It gives me the same message from the previous update saying the path isnt available yet.
