ahhhh. I eventually picked up on that. But sometimes I just miss things in the translation so I wouldn't have been surprised if I just read it incorrectly

Anchovies, specifically dried ones, are commonly used in Asian cuisine as the base of a broth. It's usually dried seafood like that, or dried scallops, seaweed, baby shrimp etc depending on the country/region

For the ingredient picking, the translation missed out that it was 1 singular ingredient for each member. So essentially at the end, they'll have 12 ingredients to cook the meal
