I genuinely think WDTU (#1) was the project they worked on, and WSDTU (#2) has been in the vault for a long time. I’ve been producing since roughly 2011 and A LARGE MAJORITY of the sounds used on all of these beats… come from roughly the 2014-2016 timeframe. I just find it hard to imagine he’d purposely use MULTIPLE sounds from that exact time frame, out of coincidence. (Also, I don’t mean they’re similar or something. I think a lot of people had the issue of trying to listen for disses on the first listen, this album had a lot of eyes and ears on it from casuals just for those reasons. Once you listen to it for what it is, it’s a great R&B project with a nice classic sounding Future tape at the end.
