I know it’s not really a core part of the comic, but I love it when the supernatural shows up, and the human response is “Alright. Cool.” At first it was just Erma’s school, then the whole town, but now on the other side of the world there’s ANOTHER town that’s like “Yeah the yokai right down the road? Keep to themselves mostly. Great tippers.”

I am loving seeing more of the families past interactions, not just with each other but also the few humans they did interact with. And I am also loving that even though nothing is being said, it’s still speaking volumes on just how far they’ve gone.
