If you use Dropbox - you can set it to disable downloads - making it much harder to pirate and post your video content elsewhere. Just a suggestion, if it makes any difference.

Sorry to hear that you're not feeling well, i really hope that it hasn't something to do with us or your body... If you need a break please take it, we are so grateful that you are sharing your journey with us, also it is good when we know that you would come back. In my opinion it's not the same if you're not enjoying yourself. But i have one last question: How do you feel about your body now that you've reached 200, are you feeling satisfied, and do you think that you want to gain more when you're back?
