🕑 Added 2021-01-29 13:58:36 +0000 UTCThis week has been very hectic. I've been doing a bit of everything. Some custom renderwork, renpy, taking time to learn new stuff in Daz (way overdue), story renders, animations and post render improvement (look above - and yes, it's a scene from chapter 5).
Last week I talked somewhat about converting all the girls to the new Genesis 8.1 model. I started by converted Cece to Genesis 8.1 this week and she came out lovely. Though, every single facial expression is completely different from the current Genesis 8 model, which made me feel that I was working with a different character. And that's why I will keep using the normal G8 models for the rest of the story, unless they improve on facial expressions for 8.1
For render count, we're up to 3,592 animated frames and 371 stills. I've wrapped up the chapter introductions for all 8 main routes and are moving forward with the story itself which is less work due to not having to do a lot of extra renders depending on which girl you've chosen - ergo progress should be much faster from now on.
The song for the Sneak Peek was released today, and I don't intend to be any slower than that - watch this space.
Other than that, I'm looking forward to set up the next scenes as they are all new locations which is always nice to work with.
