I would really like to see this 'pro's & cons' list you've compiled for me: so I can strike-through items listed & complete your list to make it more accurate. I'd bet all t/money on Earth: your list isn't complete & you've not made it available for audit. Yes, that's a challenge McFly. Are you a coward ? Your father also abandoned you: to go make money. Do you think that money was more important than spending his time with you ? Did you believe him.. or think he believes that ? Most humans do "abandon" their children daily for work, but also return daily. If your Mom believed it was okay for your father to abandon you, then she was complicit. I find your "man-bear dillema" to be ridiculous. There's a 3rd option not given: choosing both; not an or, but an AND-OR, an &/or.
