🕑 Added 2025-04-01 04:04:03 +0000 UTCHowdy, folks! We've done a little* bit of work improving the site this past month and change, and it starts today. There's a lot of stuff, so... bullet list time.
There's collections and the Ice Bear Library! This is where most of the sweat has come from. We have scores of novels, novellas and stories grouped up for you, with new non-garbage covers, linked tables of contents for easier navigating, friendlier formatting and section breaks for your e-readers, and the inclusion of epubs even for the oldest works (going back a decade to the original Tolerance!)
The Ice Bear Library contains ALL of the collections, more than 60 full length books, novellas and short stories. It's available for either a 1-time $30 purchase, which will give you permanent access as more stuff is added, or alternately as part of the $30 patreon tier.
They're also arranged into individual collections for cheap purchases if you want to go piecemeal. Maybe you don't have a $30 smut budget, or maybe you just nostalgize classics like the Character Creation series or The Friend Zone.
You can see all the collections and what specific titles they include in this post. The Ice Bear Library is the sum of all these collections.
I am really bad at self-promotion, so keep that in mind when I tell you that this is a pretty insane deal. My general pricing guide was roughly: $1 for a short story, $2 for a novella, $3 for a novel. At those rates, purchasing each individual collection separately would run you $124, so you're getting over 75% off a bulk purchase of already dirt cheap stuff.
Someday in the future I'm sure my desire to keep paying bills and eating food will outpace my desire to broadly share all this writing I'm so proud of, so I recommend getting it before then. I'll definitely give it a few months at the very least, so don't cancel your summer vacations to budget for it.
Bonus story! On the 5th of the month, you'll see a post inviting you to suggest a story for me to write. We'll do a week for suggestions (open to all patrons) . Then there will be a week for voting, and then I'll take the top suggestion and write it by the end of the month (voting and story access for $5 pledges). Icy hot stories every month are back!
Bonus Content: For the $10+ folks, I'll soon be sharing some fun random minor content I've thrown together this past month. They'll get a cover compilation, a few written snippets, the opportunity to complete the first worksheet I've created since I quit teaching, and who knows what else. (I highly doubt I'll finish RA 8 this month, but when I do, these folks will also get their copy!)
There is also going to be a monthly live write similar to what I've done in the past. (I don't have a hard date yet, but will notify when I know.) Anybody is welcome to come and hang out in the chat while I churn out some short fun stuff with chat input. I'll compile the results, which will be another fun random minor thing for the $10 tier.
Early release chapters: For the $15+ crowd, you already have access to the first draft of Volume 8 Chapter 1 as of a couple hours before this posting, with plenty more to come soon. So if you read Ch 7 and wanna know if everybody's OK ASAP, or you just missed the Hotties (I know I did), here you go!

And as someone reminded me on discord: the version of the Patreon app available in the Apple store tacks on a nearly 50% charge out of raw greed. I recommend either using the website (patreon.com/icebear) or a version of the app on a non-apple product.
