🕑 Added 2022-08-09 18:03:20 +0000 UTCSo Last Woman Kneeling has come to an end, and as the dust settled, it was revealed that somehow y'all thought an angry, uncooperative gun-toting dick-hating lesbian was the hottest thing I've ever written, and adoring servile harem-positive cock-worshiping Courtney was, ya know, OK. (Pop quiz: who was I backing in the contest?)
But I kid. It was great, and Stacey's great, and thanks to all who voted. I wanted to have this out the other day, but both life and my crippling hatred of brevity got in the way. So "snippet" probably isn't the right word for this 13k word beast, but it's easier to search and find if I call it that, so there we go.
Folks, this one was a lot of fun to write. It's like playing What-If, but with mind controlled sex slaves being the exclusive subject. I hope you enjoy it. If you do, I'd be happy to make more of these things. This piece focuses mostly on Courtney and her fate as the first-place loser (sorry, Chanda), but there's tons and tons of available material out there to fiddle around with. (Take a read to get the gist, and then if you have thoughts on other fun avenues of exploration, I'm all ears.)
In the meantime, we have oodles of commissions coming your way. One I took on pre-LWK that involves existing characters so I put it off so as not to bias the voting, a couple winners who got back to me from this month's drawings, the LWK winner for best bracket, and more. So many great ideas from so many awesome readers and fans like yourselves I can't wait to get at them. So much more to come!

That unforgivable blunder aside, this was a fantastic conclusion(*) to the Last Woman Kneeling tournament. Beyond being incredibly funny and sizzlingly hot, there's a the fascinating way the two threads of Martin and Courtney's narratives get tangled up into one weird celebration of erotica. Courtney gets her story about turning herself into someone that can be happy, and Martin gets his story about spending time hypnotizing a hot, mysterious woman into his sex slave. Could've slid by with only homaging one of the two stories, but you somehow honored both of them. Excellent job! *: and, obviously, the LWK snippets should continue indefinitely, even if it's not immediately. So many bizarre combinations and complications to address. Like, boy, Canon got stuck with Naomi? That's a story that needs to be shared!

Man, I'm only getting Kammie's super-succinct description of the tourney NOW?! That could've come in real handy over the last couple months! What an oversight.
On the other hand this has to be one of my favorite stories you've written. It takes everything I liked about The Creep except the mystery and the challenge then has some fun with the formula. For what it is it's a great time. And the last two pages were the best part of the whole snippet, they're funny just to be funny.
On one hand I wish we had gotten more of Stacey in this or at least a clear sense she had wone something in excess of what everyone else who competed walked away with. The fact that despite everything Cannon still seems to walk away the biggest winner of the event seems strange. That said it's a silly popularity contest whose stakes were always more about bracket accuracy than what would happen to the characters.
First and foremost this was fun.
