This was commissioned waaaaaay back in August just to give you a sense of how backed up I am, and the commissioner was super patient with me. I started and restarted twice before I finally got a format that I thought worked for the tone and delivery, and here's what came of it.
A friend also just informed me that today begins Polar Bear Week, in which bears gather in Churchill, Manitoba to hunt seals displaced by the freezing of the Hudson. So in honor of Polar Bear Week, after releasing this to the commissioner, I have gone back and edited the protagonist's name in recognition of what is apparently an annual thing. So enjoy that.

I’m just making my way through the stories I missed for WDB’s poll and wow this was incredible! This wasn’t my thing, but in terms of the plot and the writing it was great! The twist at the end felt like something out of a twisted erotic Black Mirror.

Not that Lucy's having any/many orgasms in this hauntingly hot tale of self-imposed sluttification! This is one of those stories that just finds a neat concept and then wrings it the fuck out until anything outside of that concept evaporates; a world that's just This Hot Thing and no escape. It's nice to get these stories, to show the Erotica muscles haven't atrophied during the months of lovely characterization and long-form slow-burn plotting. This one's a bracingly dark pedal-to-the-floor bit of porno, and if it's a little trashy compared to the norm - well, it *is* Halloween. Hot as fuck, and very much enjoyed.
