Thanks. Evie does seem to be a favourite with quite a few readers here. I'm not sure whether that's because it was Richmond himself who brought her into the lifetstyle and that when he first seduced her he was only he second-ever lover after Kevin. She and her husband though though as you rightly say are being pulled ever deeper as Evie senses her opportunity to make herself indispendible to Richmond. I always enjoy the interactions between Richmond and Kevin and Evie. This was no exception. I’m glad to see the couple delving deeper into their roles.
