I previously used red ink from Vallejo 72086, it can help you although it is a little more saturated, you will have to make thinner layers. These other colors could also work, but I haven't tried them: transparent red 70934 from vallejo. o transparent red 4274 by green stuff world

I use, the 0.3 needle, for me it is the best option, because you can make sufficiently small details taking into account the scales that we usually paint, if you use a smaller one it may attack more easily and it will be more complicated to make large base layers.
