Omg I used to have nosebleeds so much that I was considered an expert amongst my friends! It kinda runs on my dads side of the family so my brother and I got it they normally start when I get too warm which sucks during summer. But this was so wholesome!!

I’ve actually gone to the er before for a nose bleed that wouldn’t stop I’ve had them so bad it freaked me out I’ve gotten so scared this helped so much!

Haha my sis used to get them bad. I’ve had to help her a lot throughout childhood

Almost had a Nose bleed in the car yesterday driving during rush hr and no tissue in the car 😬 It didn’t do much but it was scary lol.

As someone who gets frequent nosebleeds thank you for not saying “tilt your head back”. People used to tell me that all the time and it makes zero sense and is unhelpful 😂
