BDSM Club Card Game

This is the concept I have in mind, please let me know if you like it, if you think it’s too ambitious or if I should make it even bigger. Thanks a lot.
BDSM Club Card Game
Concept:
- A two players card game that could be expanded for more players later.
- First played against NPCs, then could be expanded to online chat rooms.
- Both players build a deck of cards and face each other, trying to build the best BDSM club in town.
- The first BDSM club to reach X fame wins (X will be set by the players or NPCs)
- The winner gets to have her ways with the loser(s).
- Win bondage club money and reputation when you win against an NPC.
- A deck is built with 40 unique cards, no duplicated cards are allowed.
- Not all cards are available at first, but they can be won by playing against specific opponents like Amanda, Sarah, Sophie, the Maid quarters, the Shibari teacher, etc.
- A random player begins but starts with 5 cards. The second player starts with 6 cards.
- There's no limit to the number of cards a player can have in hand.
- Both players start with 10 $, 0 fame and the Apartment building.
Words:
F - The current fame of the BDSM club
$ - The cash that can be spent by the club
FT - Fame per turn
$T - Cash per turn
Rules:
- Fame can go negative. Negative fame puts you further away from winning.
- $ can go negative also. At the beginning of each turn, if $ is negative, fame is reduced by the amount of money below zero.
- Each player draw a card at the beginning of his/her turn.
- If all 40 cards are drawn, they are shuffled back to continue playing.
- Only one card per turn can be played.
Buidling:
Before playing her card in her turn, the player can pay $ to upgrade her building.
- Apartment – (B1) - Allow 4 members, 10$ to upgrade to B2
- Cottage – (B2) - Allow 7 members, 20$ to upgrade to B3
- House – (B3) - Allow 12 members, 40$ to upgrade to B4
- Mansion – (B4) - Allow 20 members, 80$ to upgrade to B5
- Manor – (B5) - Unlimited members, final upgrade
Member cards:
These member cards all have a type, once you play the card, that member is added to your club. The maximum number of members is based on your building size.

- Kinky neighbor: +1$T, +1$T if Cute girl next door is present
- Cute girl next door: +1FT
- Voyeur: +4$T if Exhibitionist is present
- Exhibitionist: Nothing
- Party animal: +2$T, -1FT
- Waitress: +1$T, +1$T if Party animal is present
- Bouncer: -1$T, +2FT
- Dealer: +3$T, -2FT, leave automatically if Policewoman or Zealous cop is present
- Junkie: +1$T, +2$T if Dealer is present, leave automatically if Policewoman or Zealous cop is present
- Auctioneer: +1$T, double auction $ and F bonuses
- Straitjacket maker: +1$T, double bonus for Straitjacket Saturday
- Outfit designer: +1$T, +1$T if a maid is present
- Maid fetishist: +1$T for each maid present
- College fetishist: +1$T for each college girls present
- Masochist: +1$T, +1FT if one Dominant is present
- Foot fetishist: +2$T if one Dominant is present

- Problem solving: Remove all effective negative Event Over Time Cards from your side
Event Over Time Cards:
These cards will stay in play and be effective for 3 turns after being played.
- Bad press: Opponent cannot gain F at end of turn, cancels Clever marketing
- Clever marketing: Double your gained F at end of turn, cancels Bad press
- Repay loan: Opponent cannot gain $ at end of turn, cancels Bank loan
- Bank loan: Double your gained $ at end of turn, cancels Repay loan
- Teamwork: You draw an extra card each turn, cancels Burn out
- Burn out: Opponent draw no card at beginning of turn, cancels Teamwork
- Double-shifts: You can play two cards each turn
- Road block: Opponent cannot add new members
- Porn ban: No F and $ can be gained from porn for opponent, cancels Porn buzz
- Porn buzz: Double F and $ gained from porn, cancels Porn ban
