Do you remember which combo doesn't show up? Cuffs + gag or Armbinder or else?
I've tested it, and it really seems like you have to press a certain combination of responses when you're talking to her (and some slapping?) for her to agree to wear the collar. Don't really remember which ones though

Sometimes pictures of sidney bound do not show up.
Hi :) i want to report a bug. On chapter 12: if you let sidney lick you , the picture of this scene does not turn out the normal way it is more like in the background. But still you can remove it if you press the red button.(PS: and if you need a helping hand with coding's i like to help :) )

I load the save in the last cheators version, which domination is more than 30 with Sidney, but she still refuses to wear my collar.
