Fantastic read. I came in on this chapter, so I'm going back to the beginning. But the whole situation is just sad. He fell in love with the one person who means more than the world to him. She fell in love with the man of dreams and can't lose him. And their love is deemed wrong because of a society who cataclysmicly refuses to accept it. You can't help who you fall in love with, especially if that person love you the same.

This situation wouldn’t have gotten worse if both of them stayed home in the first place. Now they are making things twice as worse than it was before. Also I’m glad that Lincoln didn’t Clyde about his abnormal relationship with Lynn. Lincoln shouldn’t have told Clyde he’s running away when he’s not allowed to tell anyone about this situation his family is going through.
