I believe she is. Because I remember that school dance from Rewrite the Stars Vol. 3, Lola was very clingy to Lincoln and asked if he wanted her to be his "date." Then she wanted him to dance with him that's clearly for couples.

Ah, yes, that's the Lola Loud we all know and love. And cower. And fear. God, the way Lola erupted so suddenly, her fiery temper could put Mount St. Helens to shame! I know she has a lot to get off her chest, but cooler heads need to prevail first. Let's see if any of the other sisters need to join Lana and play either damage control or security - or both! I also noticed that Lincoln has donned his trademark color once more. What a shame. Although, I must say, he did look good wearing red, as brief as it was.
