Harley Quinn was bored out of her mind babysitting the hostage while the Joker was out doing... whatever he does. There was some plan that was gonna come together, probably, she didn't know. All she had to do was make sure Batgirl stayed put, and not kill her. That second one was becoming harder with every passing moment.
An idea occurred to her. Sure, she can't kill Batgirl, or whatever. She isn't really supposed to beat her up either, she's gotta stay intact. But, there's plenty of ways to play with her toy that aren't gonna *hurt* her! Well, not long term anyway.
You guys think Batgirl's face can turn the same color as Harley's shirt? It's close!
