Sheeva's fist is also a much smaller fulcrum for folding Arysia in half than the whole breadth of her shoulders- it's pretty hard to even imagine how much that must intensify the pain of the hold. Even with that extra fist digging into her victim's spine, Sheeva still has one more hand to spare. What else could she add to make this hold even more... oh. I see.
