Once again our Master of Ceremonies is the inevitable Jim Meskamin, whom we've seen perform that function at every group event in Pawnee. (And you've seen him host the animatronic presentation at the Museum of Low-Grade Crappiness in The Bad Place.)

I'll admit to being vague about Andy's jobs too, but I can't recall that he works for Parks these days; he just hangs out there a lot because of April (and because he has nothing better to do). As far as I know, he still does weekend security.
