The public radio spoof is one of my favorite running Parks and Rec bits. The genius lies in the fact that it is barely an exaggeration at all.

This episode contains two guest stars with longtime comedy credentials: Wreston the architect was played by Brad Hall, who has mostly moved away from acting over the years but back in the 1980s was a featured player on Saturday Night Live, alongside his wife Julia Louis-Dreyfus. And as you know from his previous appearance, the whispering radio host is played by Dan Castellaneta, the voice of Homer Simpson.
