I didn't change up too much from her previous iterations but I did attempt to make sense of things
Away with the 6b51 knee pads those don't exist in-universe for Ivona/D-21 so I did something closer to what would've been used in the early 2000s by Russian FSB after looking at a bunch of photos and realizing "damn they just straight up copy everything from NATO"
I adjusted her SMERSH rig from a 2004 style that wouldn't have existed in-universe and created a hybrid with 2003 Partizan pouches with 2001 suspenders.
An additional 2003 Partizan pouch has been added to her Krinkov holster (yes those exist they were in Afghanistan)
6b45 body armor is barely plausible in-universe since they're recorded to come out in 2003 but I'm likely going to replace it with a 6b13
Her fictional battle rifle, developed specifically for "Javlins" like her is a hybrid of the SVD and PK known as the VAK-56 in-universe. It's carrying one of the experimental 20-round SVD magazines and has a PK-A optic mounted to its side.
I'm trying to keep everything limited to the late 90s and very early 2000s in regards of personal equipment based on her world. There's more of me nerding out in the Discord server with actual photos of the equipment I'm talking about.

Maybe? They're both extremely good at what they do but beyond that personal interactions are limited Ivona's genuinely borderline autistic as bricks lol She doesn't know how to socialize and I'm not talking about the cute failgirl way
