For Ilulu I felt basing her rewards on her first anime appearance with her snack'n down on Tohru then flaunting it to Kobayashi would work best. Included are 4 alternative versions for you as well! First is an outie navel alt, second is a much larger belly ending alt with no digestion, third and fourth are non-vore stuffing only alts with innie and outie navels respectively.
I'll have this month's Photoshop files up ASAP and ideally the last sketch or two done tonight.
