For Kafka her profession and spider motif all but necessitated her being over laden with targets (or just tasty girls). Included are 4 alternative versions for you as well! First is an implied Digestion alt, second is a Larger Belly + Digestion alt, third is an ambiguous / non vore stuffing alt and fourth is a very pregnant alt version.
I was planning on having the next three WIPs today but it's getting quite late here so I'll be ready to share them tomorrow with you!

Some of her voice lines and wiki info says she's very careful or concerned over her delicate clothes, so I figured she'd prevent any damage when disposing of targets this way :3
