For Eunie her being sassy and assertive made me lean towards vore for her main rewards. And after reading all your comments and thinking about it I decided to go with thumbnail D (I think that's the letter I gave it).
Included are 3 alternative versions for you as well; first is a big burpy version, second is a larger belly + implied digestion version and finally third is an ambiguous / non-vore stuffing version for those among you not into vore.
