For Orihime her encountering some Hollow and/or Hollow magic attack led to her engorging herself on her favorite foods... sweet sweet carbs. Breads, donuts, pastries you name it. And much like those foods her body puffed up like dough (soft like it too!) Poor Rukia though...
Included are 4 alternative versions for you as well. First is an outie navel alt where the pressure of her belly inverted her belly button, second is a kind of silly alt with some hidden snacks, third is a squirmy preg alt where the Hollows have taken residence and fourth is a similar but vore themed alt.
