How Do I Look Lord Ainz?+ Sweaty & Preggo Alts

For Albedo I wanted her rewards to be a continuation of her previous image, with Shalltear now nothing but jiggly soft curves. Or maybe she picked up cooking to impress Lord Ainz.
Included are 3 alternative versions, one where Albedo is over excited and steamy, second is a heavily pregnant version and third is a combo sweaty pregnancy version.
I'll begin working on the next rewards and plan to have their WIPs ready to share some time tomorrow.
