For Byleth's sequence I felt having some of the other girls I've drawn be responsible for her weight gain would be cute. They have good intentions no doubt, seeing the Professor shed her stoic demeanor (and gain a few hundred pounds) for a smile is always good.
Included are 3 alternative versions as well; first is a progressively sweatier alt, second is an implied vore ending and third is a shorter pregnancy alt for panels 1 & 2.

This sequence turned out wonderfully! The 3rd panel is my favorite, with Hilda shoving more cake in Byleth's mouth and the size difference between them (you even added a tiny double chin!).
