For Bernadetta her scene about secretly eating cake in her room was brought to my attention by several folks (a big thank you btw) and it works perfectly. Though it's no longer a secret I don't think Byleth minds. In fact she may take the imitative and feed Bernie even more!
Included are 4 alternative versions too! The first is an overstuffed Bernie being presented with even more cake at the door from the Professor. Second is an implied vore alt with a missing Flayn and a squirmy belly. Third is a heavily pregnant + stuffing version and finally fourth is a dialog and Byleth free version.
Up next Yor's sequence for Medium Soda patrons and above early on the 31st followed by the rest of this month's rewards that same day.

Thanks Dino, I used a few photo references of pregnant women and plan to in the future. Getting the belly right was the biggest challenge I think.
