For Palutena her chowing down on fatty, fried and sugary foods while obliviously gaining weight felt right. That and her misquoting a weight gain saying as the icing on top.
Included are 3 alternative versions as well. The first being a progressively sweatier version, second is an implied vore / animated food uprising version and third is a shorter pregnancy version.

Thank you Phat c: It's been forever I feel since I drawn a double belly in color. The dialog for the bath is a tiny bit confusing since at first going to be in a sauna, but then I felt water might work too.

Wonderful. I love that sweaty double belly in the main sequence, but the pregnancy version gives a new life to the first two poses. Not sure what she can feel in the bath but it sure isn't any poundage going away! Lovely!
