I imagine that'll depend on how the themes are finalized. For instance, if Metal does a vore theme for Neo or a stuffing theme for 2B, a weight-gain/post-digestion alt might be possible for either - it all kinda depends on what the theme was and how the image's actual design turns out, since those determine how many alts can be made and of what type.

Hearing that, I've been reminded of the ending for that Tex Avery cartoon "Jerky Turkey"; I now cannot get the image of Neo doing that with a "cookie shop" sign outta my head XD (... dear god, I just realized how old I am to remember watching that on TV as a kid XP)

Exactly, body adaptations for such a pregnancy, larger milk filled breasts, widened birthing hips, extra padding in her rear for counter balance weight and softer sitting, bigger thighs to help carry such a brood.

Alternative sketches? I'm not sure. An alternative version or two for each seems likely. I don't want to guarantee anything since they're all bonus content but I usually make ones if they come to mind.

idk if this fits into your inspiration but Ann is also a fashion model. and she has a skill that is just called Sexy Technique that distracts enemies from taking their turn

How about Neo eats Team RWBY because they didn’t save her any cookies. As for Bulma how about one of her inventions malfunctions and she ends up with a Saiyan's appetite.

You friend is right. In-game (and in a manga), it's been noted multiple times that Ann eats an obscene amount and loves deserts, especially crepes. Several characters are bewildered (in one case envious) that she's still so skinny despite eating whatever she likes with no workout routine.

Excited to see yea do Megumin :D Remembering you draw the hat with Rosalina almost gives a teaser for how she could be. I just finished binging the series last month so looking forward to see your take on her. Though one gag for her is wanting her breasts bigger which could work around vore but stuffing works to :)

I'm really hoping that Ann is vore, or at least has a vote alt, but that's just me.

If its the vore-route, could see Neo's being a continuation of the arc with Ruby's cookie stash - like maybe Ruby drags the team out out to replace what they all ate, but Neo intercepts and eats all of them (maybe 'cause they hadn't yet burned off the cookie gains and were slowed down too much)? Then again, that might be more suited to a comic strip; this being a single image, maybe something simpler is better suited(?)
