the reason eren and his dad and zeke could communicate was becuase with the attack titan powers they can see the memories of future wielders so they were in a memory inception, where grisha could precieve eren through the fact eren was in grishas memories, so grisha basically can remember eren interactin with his memopries in the future. hope that makes sense
