It will correct if you install DAZ in Daz Central. I just had the same issue, and it seems to be created from a bug in IM not installing DAZ correctly first.

Yah, I do the manual download as well. I like to 'catalog' the raw data/zip in my own dir structure based on type of content (G3 vs G8 vs G9 etc), plus backup on external drive. Once, DIM went nuts and deleted most of my contents because I'd moved the source ZIPs! Worse, since I'd installed content in custom Library places, DIM only deleted 1/2 the stuff! I ended up just deleting my whole DAZ system and starting over with all manual install.

I think that happened to me early on with my 2nd library, and it was me messing up putting the manifest in the right folder. I just bypass it with putting the content in the library manually
