Bronze tier through Platinum are the commission slot tiers. Currently they buy a time slot for the month for a piece to get worked on. Bronze = 30 min of work. Silver = 1hr, etc. Each successive tier adds 30 min of time up to 2 hours, assuming the slot actually opened up.
