How about Darkness from Konosuba with a bitgag (blindfold maybe don't know if that's okay) in stocks and a look of overwhelming pleasure on her face?

I'll go with Atris from Knight of the Old Republic 2. She's otm gagged with a white rubber sheet that covers her entire lower face (like a short sleeved corset gag) and ends halfway down her neck in a thin metal choker with red lights acting as a shock collar. A portion of it runs over her nose like she's otn gagged but a triangular hole allows her nose to poke through. She is bound with restraints inspired by storm trooper armor. She also has Sith eyes (think Darth Maul). very faint outline of her lips are visible.
